Annette Messager Infiniment, 2019

Drawing has always been at the centre of Annette Messager’s practice. From the "Cartes de France" in the 2000s to the tribute to Giacometti in 2018-2019, Messager captures without hindrance all the subjects that intrigue her. “Infiniment” is a digital print of one of her drawings made with bright red acrylic paint, showing the symbol of infinity in the form of two breasts joined together. In this limited edition, the motif is underlined by the word “Infiniment”, which, as an infinite frieze, is written and repeated until it leaves the paper
